Course Description
Introduction
This 2-day program, certified by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), is designed to provide participants with essential knowledge and practical skills needed to act as first responders in mental health situations within the workplace. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and skills development, participants will learn how to identify signs of mental health issues, offer initial support, and guide colleagues towards the appropriate professional help.

Activity: Role-Playing as a Mental Health First Aider in Various Scenarios
