This advanced program equips OD leads with practical tools for strategic OD planning, diagnostics, operating model design, and intervention planning—ensuring improvements translate into measurable outcomes and stronger organizational effectiveness.

· OD operating model: services, stakeholders, and engagement approach
· Activity: OD maturity assessment + priority outcomes map
Day 2: Organizational Diagnostics & Root Cause Analysis
· Diagnostic approaches: interviews, focus groups, surveys, data review, and observation
· Assessing culture and behaviors: values-to-actions and leadership alignment
· Process and decision diagnostics: bottlenecks, handoffs, and decision rights
· Capability and talent diagnostics: critical roles, skills gaps, and performance barriers
· Workshop: Build a diagnostic plan + insight summary for a case organization
Day 3: Operating Model Design (TOM) & Governance
· Target Operating Model components: structure, governance, processes, people, and technology enablement
· Designing roles, accountability, and decision rights (RACI and delegations)
· Org structure design basics: spans/layers, interfaces, and role clarity
· Transition planning: roles mapping, impact assessment, and readiness
· Practical activity: Create a TOM blueprint + governance charter for a function
Day 4: OD Interventions & Implementation Planning
· Intervention selection: when to use structure changes vs. process redesign vs. capability building
· Change enablement alignment: communications, leadership behaviors, and reinforcement
· Facilitation tools: alignment workshops, team charters, and conflict resolution practices
· Embedding new ways of working: routines, performance management, and learning loops
· Case study: Designing an integrated intervention plan for a performance and culture issue
Day 5: Measurement, Sustainability & OD Roadmap
· Measuring OD impact: adoption, effectiveness, engagement, and performance outcomes
· Building dashboards: leading indicators, milestones, and risk signals
· Governance cadence: steering forums, reviews, and decision points
· Sustaining change: coaching, communities, and continuous improvement
