• Identify portfolio components through document review and business plan analysis.

• Create portfolio scenarios through options, risk, SWOT, and financial analysis.

• Recommend portfolio scenarios based on prioritisation analysis and criteria.

• Assess portfolio impact due to changes in strategic goals.

• Develop a high-level portfolio roadmap, considering prioritisation, interdependencies, and organisational constraints.

 

Unit 2: Governance - Establishing Effective Governance

• Define and establish a governance model, including steering committees and governance boards.
