Day 2: Objective Legal Analysis Skills:
• Legal writing from a scientific point of view
• Difference between legal analysis and legal drafting

• The four steps of legal analysis

Day 3: Dealing and Examining the Issue Requested for Consultation:
• Finding legal adaptation and its importance
• Access to relevant provisions and texts
• Application of rules to facts

Day 4: Legal Advice Skills:
• Difference between opinion notes and judicial memoranda
• Oral and written consultations
• Counseling methodology
• Form of written legal advice notes
Day 5: Technical Skills for Legal Drafting of Opinion Notes:
• Allocate a sentence for each idea, and do not allocate more than one idea for one sentence
• Use short and medium-length sentences
• Use the tapping method to avoid the use of long sentences
• Use parallelism, balance and synthetic recursive words
• Use of pronouns
• Put connected words
• Use of pronouns.
