Program Objectives:

- Achieving legal drafting conditions in writing contracts.

- Understand and predict potential problems during contract execution to avoid them.

- Understand the terms and procedures of arbitration in local and international contracts.

- Providing participants with the foundations and skills of the mechanisms for preparing contractual documents, conditions and specifications, the method of determining needs, and the list of basic conditions required to be included in tender documents and contracts in the pre-contracting stage.

- Introducing participants to the most important contractual problems ( Red Signals) in case of omission of conditions or preparation in a non-professional manner.

- Introducing participants to the developments of contractual work in light of free market mechanisms and work methodologies through privatization of activities and achieving the maximum possible benefit from service providers in the local and foreign market and how to achieve the desired return in terms of service quality, price competitiveness and cost reduction in light of these developments and how to benefit from this at the stage of preparing contract documents.
