 Day 3: Advanced Communication Skills:

·        Recognizing and navigating various communication styles.

Day 4: Leadership Communication and Interpersonal:

·        Understanding emotional intelligence and developing self-awareness and empathy.

·        Moving to a new model of empowerment and recognizing 21st-century leadership skills.

·        Utilizing effective situational leadership and investigating theories of motivation.

Day 5: The Public Face of the Mature Leader:

·        Mastering the art of presentation and influencing through logical reasoning and personal power.

·        Overcoming obstacles and conducting productive discussions and meetings.
