The Academy has administrative, professional, security and military consultants, who are the first team that will visit the institution and prepare a study that:

- Analysis of the work environment.

- Tests of the creative and professional abilities of the trainees.

- Analyze the job description and match it with the job tasks.

- Curriculum vitae of the trainees in order to know the educational achievement and courses attended by the trainee.

- Analyze the trainees' strategic objectives and compare them with the job description.

Preparation of specialized courses according to the following :

- Taking care of the field of institution work and the department in which the trainees work.

- Preparing scientific research and practical experiments commensurate with trainees work.

- Preparing workshops commensurate with the specialization of trainees.

- Distributing the trainees into training groups, according to analysis and study of capabilities and specialization of trainees.

- Proposing several courses to manage the institution according to the training groups.

Implementation of courses

- They Include scientific materialism within the latest scientific studies.

- Daily workshop.

- Professional trainers with the possibility of providing an interpreter if the trainer is not an Arab.

- It is possible to implement courses within the institution or any available place according to the possibility of the institution.

- Implementation of courses abroad: it is best to implement the courses in our centers in London, however, it is possible to implement the courses anywhere in the world.

- A field visit or bringing an expert in the same field of work as the trainees and conducting a workshop through which advanced experiences in the specialty are evaluated and ways to benefit from them.
