· Success measures: what to track before and after training
· Workshop: Draft outcomes and success measures for your topic
Day 3: Program Design and Learning Journey
· Structuring a learning journey (pre-work, live learning, practice)
· Choosing methods: ILT, virtual, eLearning, coaching, job aids
· Sequencing topics and building progression (easy to advanced)
· Session design basics: timing, activities, and engagement
· Activity: Create a program map and a sample session plan
Day 4: Development of Materials and Assessment
· Developing simple materials: slides, guides, handouts, job aids
· Storyboarding and content standards (clarity and consistency)
· Assessment basics: quizzes, scenarios, skill checks, observation
· Facilitator notes and participant activities (ready-to-deliver packs)
· Workshop: Build one module with materials + a short assessment
Day 5: Delivery Planning, Evaluation, and Improvement
· Delivery readiness: logistics, trainers, platforms, and scheduling

· Evaluation: Kirkpatrick levels (high level) and practical metrics
